Aurora homicide remains unsolved on 1-year anniversary, police ask public for information

Aurora police asked for the public’s help Sunday in solving a year-old homicide that happened on South Crystal Way.Just after 3 a.m. on Nov. 12, 2022, Aurora police officers responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 900 block of South Crystal Way, according to a Sunday news release from the department.When officers arrived at the scene, they found one man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound, the news release stated. A large fire that broke out underneath the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday has led to the full closure of part of the highway and a state of emergency being issued. What caused the blaze remains under investigation, but the heat from the flames was so intense that it melted some of the steel guardrails and cement columns that hold up part of the overpass. In many respects, Dan Rusanowsky is the first San Jose Shark to have a spot in the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto.Of course, several players who have worn the Sharks uniform are in the Hall, with former San Jose goalie Mike Vernon among the Class of 2023. (KRON) – One person has died in Vallejo after a shooting on Saturday night. Vallejo police responded to a report of a shooting on the 1000 block of Alabama Street on Nov. 11 at approximately 8:30 p.m. Juvenile shot after Vallejo High School football game Upon the officers’ arrival, they found an adult male suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The officers provided medical aid to the victim until medical personnel arrived.
